“We’re happy to welcome Mike Winters to the team to drive all aspects of sales within Agreement Express,” Agreement Express CEO Dave O’Brien said in the announcement.
Winters has developed relationships with large financial entities in North America, according to the announcement. He brings more than three decades of experience in sales management positions to his new position at Agreement Express. Winters previously served in a senior vice president of sales role at insurance solutions provider Zywave, and worked closely with O’Brien, who was previously Zywave’s CEO.
“I am excited to join the team as VP of sales,” Winters said in the announcement. “Our newest product — Merchant ScanXpress — is gearing up to take the industry by storm, and I’m looking forward to driving that product to the forefront of the payments industry.”
Merchant ScanXpress is designed for wholesale independent sales organizations (ISOs), payment facilitators and independent software vendors (ISVs).
Agreement Express serves as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that lets payment companies offer an underwriting and onboarding experience for customers and partners. The platform comes with a risk scorecard that lets ISOs, acquirers and PayFacs evaluate merchant risk and underwrite merchant applications automatically and expediently.
